 Description for Flavor

Before brewing, the level of lemony calm and cool feeling aroma will be smelled when grinding; the aroma of woody and nuts also coming out slowly. There will be a flavor of a bit heavy cheery chocolate in the mouth that blend with an elegant sweetness of brown sugar. It will become a sweet and sour aftertaste like candied fruit when the temperature becomes a bit lower. The flavor of clove and sweet species embellishing in the coffee like butterflies gathering honey and traveling around flowers, slowly shows up and hides again. The sweet and sour feeling presents in a delicate but rich way that shows a clean and balanced performance in the overall flavor.
