▹ Description for Flavor
Before
brewing, the level of lemony calm and cool feeling aroma will be smelled when
grinding; the aroma of woody and nuts also coming out slowly. There will be a
flavor of a bit heavy cheery chocolate in the mouth that blend with an elegant
sweetness of brown sugar. It will become a sweet and sour aftertaste like
candied fruit when the temperature becomes a bit lower. The flavor of clove and
sweet species embellishing in the coffee like butterflies gathering honey and
traveling around flowers, slowly shows up and hides again. The sweet and sour
feeling presents in a delicate but rich way that shows a clean and balanced
performance in the overall flavor.

▹ Origin or Manor
Finca La
Guaca, is located at Rivense town from Branca origin by the southeast direction
of the capital of Costa Rica. It is a coffee origin at a more distance area
that can only be reached by trudging through altitude traveling path.
The manor has
been founding for more than 30 years. The hillsides were for raising animals
had starting to grow coffee. The operation method was selling coffee to coffee
factories at the beginning. After underwent the futures turbulent of global
coffee at the beginning of 2000 year, lots of manors in Costa Rica started to
build their own mini-factory for the purpose of subsistence and increased the
price to be consistent with the quality and flavor of coffee. The owner of
